Come on out and get your registration paperwork handled so that you are ready to start conditioning in June! All paperwork must be in before an athlete is able to begin conditioning.

Questions about the paperwork? Packet is under documents and can be downloaded and printed to fill out before you come OR we will have the forms at the field. New athletes will need to bring their birth certificate. All athletes need a new picture for each season. All athletes need a physcial dated 2022 on the high school (FHSAA) form… it is in the packet for your convenience!
