Registration packet may be downloaded under the documents tab so that you can fill it out prior to coming to the field OR we will have packets available.

What to bring? 2022 physical on FHSAA high school form (in packet for your convenience) and a birth certificate if you are new to the Titans! Fees also need to be paid to hold your spot!
